Description

Spend your Christmas day in an unusual and delicious way in a typical Tuscan winery with a meal and a wine tasting that respects and honors the Tuscan food tradition.

This Christmas lunch includes four courses, with dishes taken straight from a traditional recipe book like baked polenta with caramelized onions, pork shank cooked in "vin santo" with potatoes, and traditional desserts.

Some of the wines included in the tasting are, but are not limited to, Vernaccia di San Gimignano DOCG, Chianti Classico DOCG, and Super Tuscan "Cavaliere".
