Description
Who said that art cities are boring? With our one-of-a-kind tour, you can experience the incredible artistic heritage of Florence in an active and, above all, adventurous way, from start to finish! On board of our rafting boats, guided by qualified personnel and in complete safety. The tour will start from the eastern end of the city stretch of the Arno river immediately with a strong emotion: the small waterfall of Pescaia di San Niccolò (river level permitting).
The journey on the Arno will then continue westwards through the historic center: visiting the city from another point of view, fluvial and silent, compared to the crowding and confusion of the city streets, is a unique experience that everyone can try: from a couple of young friends, to families, to seniors; whether you want to paddle or let yourself be lulled by the current of the Arno, the view of the palaces and churches that overlook the Arno, as well as that of the bridges that we will meet, is remarkable: from the Museum dedicated to Galileo Galilei, to the Uffizi, Ponte Vecchio to S. Trinita, and then Palazzo Spini Feroni, Palazzo Corsini, the Church of S. Frediano in Cestello and much more...
