Description
During this private tour in a comfortable air-conditioned minivan, you will explore the breathtaking towns of Siena and Monteriggioni.
You will start the tour by visiting the charming city centre of Siena accompanied by a licensed guide. You will have the chance to enter the magnificent Cathedral and admire its sublime interior, including the Piccolomini Library.
Then, the tour will take you to Piazza del Campo, where the famous Palio horse race is held twice a year. The Square is overlooked by the huge Palazzo Pubblico (town hall) with its bell tower, Torre del Mangia.
At the end of the guided tour you will have free time to stroll around the city and do some shopping.
On the way back to Florence we will stop in Monteriggioni for a quick tour and to take some gorgeous photos.
