Meeting at the port of Tropea for boarding. Sailing south, direction Capo Vaticano. Stops for photos and dives in the clear water, among caves, bays, and ancient houses overlooking the cliffs. Late morning on board, aperitif with local wine, soft drinks and sweet and savory delicacies. Navigation and lunch with fish and local wine in a typical restaurant. Afternoon sailing north to the Murenario di Sant'Irene, an ancient Roman fish pond, transformed into a natural nursery for marine fauna.The breeding tanks are still well preserved today, connected by semi-submerged canals that served to recirculate water and to feed the fish. Possibility to swim among the pools, among hundreds of fish, octopuses, starfish, anemones, moray eels and an infinity of aquatic plants. Tasting of sea urchins, fished by the skipper.
