DescriptionThe tour begins with a photo-stop at one of the most popular observation spots of Florence: Piazzale Michelangelo, with a drive past the Basilica di San Miniato al Monte, the finest Romanesque structure in Tuscany. Then we head to the historic city of Fiesole a hill-town of Etruscan origins, a must for any visitor for its spectacular view of Florence. Photo-stop. On the way back towards Florence, you will be able to see the Soccer Stadium "Artemio Franchi". The city tour will continue along the river Arno in the historical centre of Florence where you will pass by the National library and the church of Santa Croce, the burial place of some of the most brilliant Italian personalities, such as Michelangelo, Galileo, Machiavelli and Rossini. Here you will continue walking with your guide to reach Piazza della Signoria and enter the Uffizi Gallery that hosts the most important art collection of all time, Giotto, Masaccio, Botticelli, Leonardo da Vinci, Michelangelo, Raffaello, Tiziano and many others. The tour will end inside the museum with a two hours guided visit.
