"The last supper" by Leonardo da Vinci is one of the world's most celebrated worksPainted between 1494 and1498, it is situated on the wall of Santa Maria delle Grazie Church.Due to the fact that Leonardo painted this masterpiece abandoning the traditional technique of fresco painting, it had gone thourgh various interventions and restorations. Extensive measures have been taken to protect the fresco from further exposure. To ensure that the fresco be kept at room temperature, a maximum of 25 people is admitted every 15 minutes...15 minutes appreciating one of the most iconic images in the world!Photogallery
