OIL MILL TOUR A visit to the oil mill is a special experience to discover how the precious extra virgin olive oil is made. Through a guided tour of the activities of the mill you can immerse yourself in the ancient traditions of harvesting and pressing: a fascinating and instructive path that crosses all the stages of the process and illustrates its careful steps.
